Welcome! The Swimlane Certified Turbine Engineer I (SCTE) course is designed for individuals who have completed the Swimlane Certified Turbine User (formerly Introduction to Turbine) course and are looking to develop basic to intermediate applications and playbooks in Turbine Canvas. The course is structured in four parts and should take approximately 4-6 hours to complete depending on time spent on labs.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

-Build and test playbooks using Turbine Canvas.
-Configure triggers, actions, and data flows for automation.
-Integrate data from external APIs and connectors.
-Transform and enrich data using Turbine’s native tools.
-Apply automation to real-world use cases.

The majority of instruction for this course will be in the form of hands-on interactions with the Turbine platform through Lab Challenges. However, each unit immediately proceeding the Lab Challenge will provide explanation on a concept you will apply in that Lab. The units will also provide resources and links to supplemental Turbine documentation on the topic.
